The rotary drive device is composed of a rotary device, a gearbox, and an electric motor, or a single device composed of a rotary device and a reduction motor. It is driven by an engine set at a certain speed. The motion of the rotary drive set on a horizontal or vertical plane (or in the case of a dual axis tracker moving simultaneously on both planes) so that the solar panel always faces the sun.
